You’ll find new ways to markup documents including expanded shapes, colors, stamps and more to communicate updates or changes to your team and clients. These new tools make file management easier by reducing navigation and tracking changes in Version History.

Using our Generate AI Summary tool you can easily create weekly updates that include all the highlights with the click of a button.

The Proposal Dashboard provides access to all proposals in one central location. You’ll find all lead proposals that were converted to jobs as well as any new job proposals that are created. Once a proposal is released, you’ll have access to a downloadable copy in .CSV or PDF format for your records.

Effective cost forecasting means updating your projected costs as new information arises – even without formal changes or finalized bills. Projected Cost adjustments on the Job Costing Budget allow you to account for expected changes before the actual costs arrive, keeping your budget and forecasts accurate. You can identify areas needing attention, make informed decisions and maintain control over your job and business performance.
