The Proposal Dashboard provides access to all proposals in one central location. You’ll find all lead proposals that were converted to jobs as well as any new job proposals that are created. Once a proposal is released, you’ll have access to a downloadable copy in .CSV or PDF format for your records.

Effective collaboration means ensuring everyone has the same information. With our dynamic file management experience, as changes are made on the fly, you can ensure updates are captured in real time for easily reference. You’ll have quick access to version history and can see where files are referenced throughout a project so everyone’s on the same page.

To help provide more control over your project profitability we added the ability to control default markup or margin by Cost Type (i.e. labor, material, equipment, subcontractor rate, etc.).  Markup and margin can be set at the individual line item or at the job level for estimates and change orders.

For added transparency, you can now customize the column layout to show more or less pricing information to your clients. You can also save the layout by fixed price or cost plus contract type for easier creation of future invoices.
