We’ve introduced more advanced annotation tools directly in the file viewer. You’ll find new ways to markup documents including expanded shapes, colors, stamps and more to communicate updates or changes to your team and clients. These new tools make file management easier by reducing navigation and tracking changes in Version History.

You can now more clearly define the base scope of work plus any additional upgrades or optional scopes of work both on the estimate worksheet and directly on the client facing proposal. Your clients can favorite options to understand the price impacts before approving or declining directly on their proposal to determine the final scope of the job.

The new Job Costing Budget is your one-stop shop for seeing a wholistic view of each project’s financial health. We added columns for both job costing and sales tracking, expandable cost code rows to see underlying details and sources of values and added flexibility to use cash or accrual account methods. The Job Costing Budget also works with our QuickBooks Online and Xero integrations, so you can analyze the profit impacts of realized labor, scope changes and unexpected expenses in real time. You can also customize the view and share with your clients through the Customer Portal for enhanced collaboration and cost transparency.
