We typically look for customers who already talk about Buildertrend because they genuinely use and love it. Our brand ambassadors share a mindset of embracing technology, innovation, growth and community. We strive to align ourselves with other thought leaders looking to make a positive impact on the construction industry.

Brand ambassadors are selected using a variety of criteria. Our primary considerations are audience size, type and quality of content, engagement rate, customer segment and Buildertrend account health. Secondary criteria include location, audience demographics and length of time as a Buildertrend customer.

Criteria:

  • Current Buildertrend customer
  • Minimum of 1000 followers on Instagram
  • A face of the company (aka, someone from your company who’s consistently visible in your social content)
  • At least $1M in annual revenue.

The Buildertrend ambassador program involves selected customers who share their experiences with the platform and tips on how to get the most out of our tools. They provide valuable feedback and act as trusted advocates for Buildertrend to help spread the word on how we can help other builders grow their businesses.

In addition to monetary compensation, our group of brand ambassadors benefit from:

  • Being included in a tight-knit group of peers
  • Invitations to product test groups and events
  • Opportunities to increase their own network and reach

Plus, Buildertrend brand ambassadors are often invited to speak on podcasts and panels at the International Builders’ Show.
