Buildertrend has too much in their software to review properly as it is just so robust. The App is super easy and user friendly and fast. Quick to access files, client information, budgets, and construction photos while on the fly. They did a great job with functionality and user interface for it and I highly recommend it for a small to mid sized builders to simplify your life and stream line your process. They also have an indepth training at their HQ in Omaha to get you started on the right foot. Their training program is world class, informational, helpful, and is set up so they actually want you to not only implement and use their software, but be successful at it. Their training staff is so nice and wonderful and their events coordinator is phenomenal.
The past few days I have been working with Keni Malik from Buildertrend with questions I had regarding our BT & Quickbooks integration. She was is extremely polite and professional and most of all, if she did not know the answer she actually found the answers out for me and then updated when she received them! I appreciated her help so much! Her customer service is Top Notch!

Buildertrend has given us back valuable time and peace of mind, allowing us to prioritize what matters most—spending time with family and friends. While the software is robust and takes some time to learn, it's absolutely worth the investment.
Have used Buildertrend for roughly 7 years. Pros: – Customer support teams are nice, professional and knowledgable. – Platform has most of what you need for running backend of a building or remodeling company. Cons: – Slow to innovate/introduce new features . – Overpriced – Took their market position for granted and now there are better options available. – Lacking company specific customization within the platform. Overall, I would not recommend using Buildertrend. As a builder you will be locked into their platform unless you want to engage in the tedious task of switching your existing clients to a new platform mid project. There are better options and this company doesn't seem to have your best interests in mind.
