In 2012, Jamie and Morgan started construction2style with a shared passion for transforming homes into sanctuary spaces.

Jamie, equipped with a carpentry education and a dream of becoming a contractor and custom home builder, teamed up with Morgan, whose background in fashion merchandising and marketing provided a fresh perspective.

From humble beginnings …

The Molitors’ journey began when Jamie revealed his first home renovation and DIY house flip to Morgan – his new girlfriend at the time – leaving her in awe of his talent and skill.

Despite starting the company with no external funding, Jamie and Morgan poured their sweat, blood and tears into their work, officially launching the design + build side of their company in 2015.
