OMAHA, Neb. (Feb. 2, 2022) â€“ Buildertrend, the leading construction project management software known for its charitable giving and employee volunteerism, announced that its corporate giving goals for 2022 will be even higher following its most charitable year yet in 2021.

Buildertrend announced its commitment to increase its corporate and social responsibility initiatives by considerably enhancing its partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, growing its diversity programming within the community and have its more than 800-employee workforce complete all 16 hours of paid volunteer time off in 2022.

Buildertrend has been a long-time partner and major annual supporter of Habitat Omaha and was even named its corporate sponsor of the year in 2018. With plans of enhancing its partnership, the Omaha tech company has committed to being a 2022 whole-house sponsor, which is a significant increase in the company’s past involvement with the organization.

The whole-house sponsorship contains a financial and volunteer component to support Habitat Omaha’s goal of providing quality and affordable housing to residents in the community. This effort will significantly support Buildertrend’s goal of having each employee complete all 16 hours of paid volunteer time off in 2022 for a total of 13,680 volunteer hours. More notably, this goal will continue to increase throughout 2022 as its workforce plans to grow by 22% this year.

In addition, Buildertrend will continue to grow its initiatives to become a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. The company’s employee-led efforts will continue to promote internal education and development for its workforce, and support community organizations that focus on creating equitable opportunity.

Buildertrend ended 2021 on a high note by donating more than $90,000 to the community and completing more than 3,000 hours of community service. The company also increased its annual paid volunteer time off from eight to 16 hours per employee and instituted an employee-sourced holiday giving program initiative in lieu of employee holiday gifts. Buildertrend also received the 2021 Volunteer Organization of the Year Award through United Way of the Midlands.
