Buildertrend maintains award-winning excellence

High honors underscore company commitment to customers, community and people

OMAHA, Neb. (Aug 8, 2023) – Buildertrend, the leading residential construction management software provider, is thrilled to announce its teams recently amassed several local and national business awards, further solidifying the company’s position as an industry and workplace culture leader.

The latest awards applaud Buildertrend for delivering software tailored to the unique needs of residential construction professionals, providing unmatched customer service, achieving a record year of community impact and offering a best-in-class employee experience.

Buildertrend’s Customer Support team secured a Gold Stevie award for Customer Service Department of the year, the highest honor from the American Business Awards. Previously recognized at the Bronze (2019 and 2021) and Silver (2020) levels, this is the team’s first year being honored with the Gold Stevie. Among the team’s feats are a 98.5% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and a 97.2% answer rate for inbound customer calls.

Buildertrend also earned two Bronze Stevie Awards, the first of which was in The Most Innovative Tech Company category (up to 2,500 employees). The award recognized Buildertrend for product investments, partnerships and acquisitions made during the last two years, all with the purpose of driving more value to its customers.

Additionally, the company obtained a Bronze Stevie award in the Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility category. Buildertrend team members donated more than 11,500 hours of time to their communities using the company’s Volunteer Time Off policy. Also, Buildertrend launched an employee donation match program and committed to sponsoring a whole home build in partnership with Habitat Humanity of Omaha for the first time.

Buildertrend’s Marketing team received Gold and Bronze Pinnacle Awards from the American Marketing Association for marketing campaigns that drives results, evidence of the team’s commitment to cultivating and supporting Buildertrend customers and guiding them to find the most value throughout their customer journey.
