Lead Opportunity
Can I add a lead opportunity contact to an existing job?
Yes, Lead Opportunity contacts can be added to existing jobs by navigating to the Owner tab within the Job Details window and choosing "Choose Existing Contacts" from the Add Owner icon on the top right.
Will custom fields in the Leads still appear once they're a job?
Yes, Custom Fields may be linked to the Job or Customer Contact by navigating to the Lead Opportunity Custom Field and selecting the "Copy Custom Field" setting. Choose to either link the Custom Field to Job Info, or Customer Contact.
Can I customize my Lead Contact Form more than just adding custom fields? (i.e. change the colors, fonts…etc)
While you personally cannot change the aesthetics of the Lead Contact Form, our Web Services team can make modifications, making the form fit the style of your website better. Some of the modifications that can be made are:

Text: color, size, fonts

Buttons: background color, text color, size, padding, border-radius

Inputs: borders (colors, thickness, radius), padding, sizes

Lead Activity
Can I add a new Activity Type?
Yes, new Activity Types may be added by navigating to Sales within Company Management settings and selecting "New Activity Type" from the Activity Type widget towards the bottom of the page.

Lead Proposal
What is the difference between a Lead Proposal and a Job Estimate?
Lead Proposals are a Sales feature used for preliminary project quotes. Proposals can only contain general items. Multiple proposals can be created and released, but only one Proposal can be approved per Lead Opportunity.
Estimates are a Job feature used for the final Job Contract. Estimates may contain general line items, Bids, Selections and Allowances. Only one Estimate may be created or approved per job.
