Keeping your Buildertrend app up to date is key to ensuring top performance, accessing the latest features, and receiving important bug fixes.

Regular phone updates also enhance security to help protect your data.

For the best experience, make sure both your Buildertrend mobile app and your Mobile Operating System are up to date.

• From the Summary Page, select the More tab.

• Next, scroll down to My Account and select Settings.

• From Settings, select About Buildertend.

Here, you can view your current Buildertrend Mobile App version as well as your devices current Operation System (OS) version.

2. Tap General

3. Select About

4. View your iOS version

3. Locate your Android version

 

To ensure the Buildertrend Mobile App is always up-to-date, enable automatic app updates so new versions are downloaded and installed as soon as they become available.

From your device's Settings:

• Navigate to Apps > App Store > enable App Updates

From the Google Play Store, click your profile picture at the top-right > Settings

Select Auto-update apps from the Network preferences, and determine when you would like your apps to update automatically.

Search for, and select the Buildertrend app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). If the app says Update, select Update. If it says Open, your app is up to date.
