Global Search lets you search for keywords across nearly any item or feature in Buildertrend. It scans through all of your Open and Closed Jobs, no matter which job you currently have selected.

Buildertrend's built-in Spell Checker is available in any expandable text box to help ensure your spelling and grammar are accurate and professional, whether you're writing a bill description, daily log, or message.

 

• Reviewing Suggestions: If a potential error is detected, you'll see a red circle appear. Click the red circle to view suggested corrections. Simply click on a suggestion to apply it instantly.

• Adjusting Settings: You can manage your Spell Checker preferences by clicking the Gear icon. From there, you can enable or disable the checker, choose your language, and customize how suggestions are displayed

The Notification Center allows users to quickly access and review all of their notifications from any page within the program, covering activity from the past 30 days. A red badge on the bell icon indicates the number of unread notifications, making it easy to spot updates that require attention.

Notifications include important activity such as task assignments, comment replies, status changes, and more, users you stay informed and engaged with their projects in real time.
