Cashback & Discounts Overview
‼️Important Update: Rebate program is ending
Buildertrend has decided to sunset our cashback program. However, all purchases you make through December 31, 2025 will be eligible for a rebate and paid to your preferred bank account.
The Lowe’s discount program will continue without interruption. For additional details, please navigate to the MyLowe's Pro section of this article.
Cashback & Discounts Dashboard
Start by navigating to your Cashback & Discounts dashboard by clicking the Financial dropdown and selecting Cashback & Discounts.
Activity
Prior to your initial enrollment, the Activity Tab provides first steps on your initial setup.

✏️ Note: Only account Admins can complete the initial enrollment. If a non-admin clicks Get Started, they’ll see a Permission required message.

Once you have enrolled, the Activity Tab will provide you with insight regarding your earnings, a list of activated offers, as well as recent receipt uploads and payouts.

Your Offers: Cashback
The Your offers: Cashback tab allows you to see all of the current partnerships with Buildertrend.

Your Offers: Discounts
The Your offers: Discounts tab allows you to see of the current discounts offered by Buildertrend partnerships.

Payments
The Payments tab provides a summary of all cashback payouts deposited into your bank account.
Selecting a specific payment will open a detail panel showing a breakdown of rebates received for each item within that purchase.
Products
The Products tab displays cashback-eligible materials offered by Buildertrend’s supplier partners.
You can browse available items to see which products qualify for rewards, helping you make more informed purchasing decisions that maximize your cashback potential.

💡Pro Tip
Use the search bar and manufacturer filter to quickly narrow down the list and find the exact cashback-eligible products you're looking for.

Earn Cashback
Initial Enrollment: Getting Started
Begin your initial enrollment by clicking Get Started from the Activity tab.

Link your Bank Account
You must first connect to a bank account in order to start getting your quarterly cashbacks. Any cashbacks you earn will be sent to the connected bank account. To connect to a bank account, click Continue.

💡Pro Tip
If you've currently enrolled in Buildertrend Payments, the preferred bank account you use for that will already be established and can be selected as the preferred account to receive rebates from the Choose account tab.

Input your banking information and click Next.
*Note: Once you have connected to a bank account, to avoid unauthorized changes, you will need to contact our support team to change the bank account connected to Cashbacks & Discounts.

Activate Your Offers / Upload Receipts
From the Activity tab, click the Upload receipts and upload receipts that contain cashback offers.

You will need to upload a receipt for purchases that have contain Available offers items.

💡Pro Tip
Receipts uploaded through the Cost Inbox and Bills feature that include available offers from one of our partners will also be eligible for cashback.
To view all uploaded receipts, go to the Cashback dashboard and click View all receipts. The Uploaded to column will show where each receipt was submitted, such as the Cost Inbox or Bills.

For offers with one of our Discount partners, make sure to follow the additional steps outlined after activating in order to receive your discount.

MyLowe's Pro
To begin receiving automatic discounts on your Lowe’s purchases, you’ll need to link your MyLowe’s Pro account.
Navigate to the Lowe's Pro section within Company Settings.
Select +Link Account to begin.

Cashback Processing and Payout
Once you have made purchases, you can check the status of your cashback from the Activity tab.

You can select an individual cashback item to get more detailed information on it's current status.

Once you receive cashback, the item will show the status Payment Sent and these payments will be reflected on the Payments tab.
