Learning to navigate your Company Settings and defaulting the different setup options for your Buildertrend account will help expedite many processes, as well as help you control many settings that will help customize your experience.

This video will cover updating company information, updating your logo, as well as many other options you have within Buildertrend as an administrator.

Update your logo:

1. Go to your User Profile Icon and select Company Settings.

2. In the Company section, click on Company Logo.

3. Choose which logo you would like to update, the options are Website Logo, Mobile Logo, and Mini Logo.

4. Click "Choose File" and upload your image file.

5. Click "Update Account" at the bottom right.

Admins may update payment and subscription information through Manage Subscription. 

Navigate to Manage Subscription from your user profile icon.

Review or upgrade your Subscription and Buildertrend Offerings. 

 

Manage Subscription options may look differently, depending on your current Buildertrend plan.

If your account does not have Buildertrend Boost, you may choose to add it at this time by selecting Additional Options.

Navigate to the User Profile Icon and choose Manage Subscription.

Then, within the Buildertrend Offerings, select Manage Subscription.

Under your current Buildertrend package, select Additional Options.

Check the box beside Buildertrend Boost, then select Proceed to Checkout. You will then have the opportunity to add Buildertrend Boost to your account by checking the box next to the Buildertrend Boost option.

 

Confirm your order, then select Submit Order to complete the upgrade.
