The Buildertrend Mobile App simplifies managing your jobs, communicating with your builder, and staying updated on onsite progress. 

To download the mobile application, navigate to the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

Next, search for Buildertrend. Select and install the application.

​Log into Buildertrend using your existing username and password, or select Forgot Password to have a new password request sent to the email you have listed within Buildertrend.

Congratulations, you are now ready to use Buildertrend on-the-go!

When you're assigned items in Buildertrend, you will receive an automatic Notification to ensure you and the building team are communicating as best as possible.

If you are receiving too many notifications or not enough, you can edit your notification preferences.

Navigate to the User Profile Icon in the top right of your account. Select Settings.

Scroll down to find the Notifications tab. Review the Notification options:

• Email: Notifications are sent to the email address listed in Buildertrend, with a direct link to the new item.

• Text: Notifications are sent as text messages to the mobile number listed in Buildertrend, without a program link.

• Push: Notifications appear as dropdown alerts on your mobile device through the app. Tap the notification to go directly to Buildertrend.

Click the down caret to expand options within that section.
