A winning year: Celebrating our achievements
Wow, 2019 has been a banner year for Buildertrend.
As we look back, we’re proud of the level of service we’ve been able to provide and the incredible growth of our company. We’re fortunate to be considered for and honored with several awards this year, which recognize our accomplishments and the hard work we put in to make life better for our customers and employees.
We’re always looking to the future – but first, let’s review the year (so far):
#1 Best Places to Work in Omaha 2019
Our people make us successful – and around here our people have a saying: Life is better here. We were excited to be named one of Omaha’s #1 Best Places to Work in 2019.
This initiative, founded by Baird Holm LLP and sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber, recognizes and celebrates local employers who foster more than just employee perks…it’s about an engaged work environment and a culture that’s dedicated to company success.
So, what does it take to win? Levels of employee engagement are measured through an online survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The firm then analyzes the results and provides feedback to the participating employers. We’ve always been proud of the culture we’ve built here, but to be recognized with this award affirmed what we’ve always wanted: to be the best place to work!
American Business Awards – Stevie
All organizations operating in the U.S. – large and small, public and private, for-profit and nonprofit – are eligible to submit nominations to the ABAs in a wide range of categories, honoring achievement in every aspect of work life, from customer service and management to public relations and product development. More than 3,800 nominations were submitted and reviewed this year by more than 200 professionals, whose average scores determined the winners.
We are so proud to be honored as the Bronze Stevie Winner for Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software for companies with up to 2,500 employees. We already knew our Customer Support department is incredible, so it’s great to make it official! Putting our customers first is the name of our game, which is what this award is all about.
Finalist of North America Employee Engagement Awards – Organization of the Year
This award goes to the organization that demonstrates the most compelling and holistic approach to their strategy for engaging their workforce. The winning business provides evidence that they’ve utilized multiple opportunities for employees to engage with their company and become more fulfilled in their work.
We were so proud to have been named a finalist in the 2019 North America Employee Engagement Awards for Organization of the Year!
Finalist of The SaaS Awards
The SaaS Awards are focused on recognizing and celebrating innovation in cloud-based solutions as a service…exactly what we are! Organizations of any size, any vertical and any area of the world can apply for recognition in the SaaS awards, so competition is tough, but we were honored to be named a finalist for this award too in the project management category!
Deloitte Technology Fast 500 List
For the past 25 years, Deloitte has been honoring the fastest-growing technology companies, and this year, Deloitte focused on companies that disrupt, define the cutting edge, transform the way business is done and combine technological innovation, entrepreneurship and rapid growth. We are so proud to have been a part of their list for 2019, and be the only company in Nebraska to be recognized!
All in all, it’s been a good year. And we can’t wait to see what the rest of this year, and 2020, has in store!
