Meet the speaker
Meg Billings is a certified Master Builder in Idaho and founder of Meg & Co. Designer Homes, where she leads high-end custom construction and land development. A member of the Artisan Builder Collective Builder 20 Group, she’s known for pushing the standard on craft and business operations alike. Meg co-founded the BuildHer Executive Retreat and the Twin Falls PWB chapter to support women in the trades, and she’s shared her expertise at events like the International Builders’ Show. She was named a 40 Under 40 business leader and continues to build homes and communities in equal measure.

Jacob Wittenberg
President, Edgemont Builders
Jake Wittenberg leads Edgemont Builders with a background that spans project management, cost engineering and superintendent roles. That experience lets him run Edgemont with the discipline of a national firm and the agility of a small one, across both commercial and residential work including multifamily. As president, Jake oversees sales, business systems and construction execution. He holds OSHA 30 hour and LEED GA certifications and serves as president of the Baltimore City Chapter of the Maryland Building Industry Association. The Baltimore Business Journal named him to its 2024 40 Under 40, and MBIA has twice recognized him as chapter member of the year.

Meet the moderator
Pete leads product marketing at Buildertrend. He works closely with successful builders across the industry and makes sure their hard-won lessons reach contractors everywhere, helping them scale their operations and improve profitability. He previously led initiatives at PlanGrid (construction app acquired by Autodesk) to support larger builders and improve field-office collaboration and productivity.
