The Manufacturer and Catalog Type, should match the below if you are creating a Floor Joist Catalog.

Once complete, click Save.image

Open the Joist Tool Parts catalog.image

From here, you will have the ability to drag and drop any folders from the Joist Tool Parts catalog, to your newly created Floor Joist catalog.

A popup will appear, type YES to confirm and click OK.

Follow the same steps above for your Roof Rafter parts.

When adding a new catalog select Joist Catalog – Roof, for the Catalog Type in this instance.image

Once you have all correct Joist & Roof Rafter parts copied over to your newly created Catalogs, the Joist Tool will be utilizing multiple sizes of lumber, so each size board will need to have a corresponding cost code, cost, and markup in order for the data to correctly transfer to the Buildertrend estimate.
