Have used Buildertrend for roughly 7 years.

Pros:
– Customer support teams are nice, professional and knowledgable.
– Platform has most of what you need for running backend of a building or remodeling company.

Cons:
– Slow to innovate/introduce new features .
– Overpriced
– Took their market position for granted and now there are better options available.
– Lacking company specific customization within the platform.

Overall, I would not recommend using Buildertrend. As a builder you will be locked into their platform unless you want to engage in the tedious task of switching your existing clients to a new platform mid project. There are better options and this company doesn’t seem to have your best interests in mind.
