Our platform combines the powerful software of Buildertrend with the benefits of The Home Depot’s loyalty program. Users can view real-time product availability and make purchases directly from The Home Depot within the Buildertrend app. Save sending your crew on last-minute supply runs.
Better record keeping and job costing
The integrated experience will add valuable solutions that will make it easier than ever to track expenses while removing the hassle from ordering, tracking and purchasing job site materials. After connecting, any purchases made at The Home Depot will be automatically be reflected in your Buildertrend account. If a paper receipt is obtained, this can also be uploaded. This receipt can be turned into a bill and allocated to jobs with our Cost Inbox functionality.

By connecting your accounts, 25 months of purchase history and product favorite lists are available to be imported directly into your cost catalog. Plus, you’ll never have to worry about losing another paper receipt from The Home Depot. This integration captures digital receipts of each transaction a builder makes. You can even send products to your cart and check out – all from the Buildertrend platform.
Joining the Pro Xtra program with The Home Depot is easy and only takes a few minutes. All customers have to do is visit any participating Home Depot store or register online to become a professional customer. Once registered, you’ll receive your Pro Xtra member number that can be used to access exclusive offers, promotions and bonus points for purchases. Once you’re a member, you can sync your Pro Xtra loyalty membership to your Buildertrend account.
Depending on the amount of information contained within your Pro Xtra account, the initial sync can take up to 24 hours. Once complete, you’ll have the ability to import these products directly into their cost catalog. After the initial sync, ongoing purchase information and list data are synced from The Home Depot hourly.
