How does it work?
When you sign up for Buildertrend, you’ll have two service tiers to choose from – ensuring a level of support that works best for you. But if you’re serious about success, you can take your software implementation even further with Onsite Consulting.
Pre-visit consulting
In the weeks leading up to your in-office visit, you’ll meet virtually with your dedicated onsite consultant several times to get prepared. In these meetings, you’ll:
- Discuss current processes, determine business goals and set expectations
- Coordinate data entry and set up templates
- Create a detailed agenda for the onsite visit
Onsite visit
Your consultant will visit your office for two days to meet the team, observe day-to-day operations and advise on best practices. Plus, they’ll:
- Work one-on-one with your team members so everyone’s up to speed
- Help create processes that naturally fit into your existing workflows
- Create a strategic plan to help achieve your desired goals
Post-visit consulting
You’ll continue to meet virtually with your consultant the weeks following the onsite visit to ensure your team is following through with the strategic plan. You’ll also receive:
- Continued data entry and templating support
- A written guidebook and a diagram workflow of your tailored Buildertrend processes
- A handoff meeting with your consultant, core team and dedicated coach to discuss continued support
