So, what’s the difference between the Buildertrend Help Center and the new Learning Academy? Well, the Help Center is intended to answer quick questions as you’re using each feature. The Help Center content can be accessed via our live chat and is a great way to quickly get the answers you need as you work through daily processes.

The Learning Academy, however, is a center for online learning. You and your team can access the Learning Academy in order to gain in-depth knowledge about the features and functionality available within the Buildertrend platform.
