No one likes negative feedback. But we’ll teach you how to learn from bad reviews and turn them into opportunities for growth, as well as how to build a 5-star reputation in your community.

We’ll share how you can connect with your favorite marketing platforms to achieve even greater results – without worrying about double entry.

Networking and Meals

Breakfast and coffee are provided both days upon arrival to Buildertrend. On Wednesday, we’ll host a short orientation and then show you around our building – you might see some familiar faces!

Lunch will be provided both days allowing you to network with other attendees, coaches and Buildertrend team members. Unlimited snacks are also provided all day.

Enjoy unlimited free beer, seltzer and wine at the Buildertrend bar both days to unwind and mingle.

We host a happy hour and appetizers at Smokin’ Oak on Wednesday for all attendees, coaches and other Buildertrend team members. Dinner is not provided on Thursday.

Transportation

We don’t provide transportation to and from Omaha Eppley Airfield. Please use ride-sharing options such as Uber or Lyft. You can also arrange for a cab by calling zTrip at the following number: (402) 292–2222.

Shuttles are only available to guests staying at The Element Hotel Midtown. Meet directly outside the hotel lobby both mornings to be taken to Buildertrend. Wednesday’s shuttles leave at 7:15-7:30 a.m. CT. and Thursday’s leave at 7:30-7:45 a.m. CT. They’ll also leave from Buildertrend to the hotel during evening happy hours.

If you need to leave for the airport directly from Buildertrend on Thursday, feel free to bring your luggage in the morning and we’ll store it for you.

General schedule

Day One of BTU kicks off at Buildertrend Headquarters at 7:45 a.m. The morning will start with breakfast, a tour of the building and opening remarks from our hosts. Then, from 9 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., you’ll attend several educational sessions with a brief break for lunch. The afternoon will wrap up with one-on-one time with your coach. Following the events at the office, the BTU team will host a happy hour event, where we encourage all attendees to join us for networking, food and drinks.

Day Two of BTU will kick off at Buildertrend Headquarters at 8 a.m. where breakfast will be provided. Educational sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. with a brief break for lunch. The day will conclude with closing remarks and then dedicated time for one-on-ones with your coach that will conclude at 3:30 p.m.
