With Buildertrend’s Onsite Consulting services, we bring the training to you. One of our expert consultants will work directly with your team to naturally incorporate our tools into your existing workflows. They’ll also teach best practices and help tailor Buildertrend to fit your business’ unique needs. This is the fastest way to master our software and start seeing a return on your investment.

How does it work?
Pre-visit consulting
In the weeks leading up to your in-office visit, you’ll meet virtually with your dedicated onsite consultant several times to get prepared. In these meetings, you’ll:
- Discuss current processes, determine business goals and set expectations
- Coordinate data entry and set up templates
- Create a detailed agenda for the onsite visit
Onsite visit
Your consultant will visit your office for two days to meet the team, observe day-to-day operations and advise on best practices. Plus, they’ll:
- Work one-on-one with your team members so everyone’s up to speed
- Help create processes that naturally fit into your existing workflows
- Create a strategic plan to help achieve your desired goals
Post-visit consulting
You’ll continue to meet virtually with your consultant the weeks following the onsite visit to ensure your team is following through with the strategic plan. You’ll also receive:
- Continued data entry and templating support
- A written guidebook and a custom implementation plan of your tailored Buildertrend processes
- A handoff meeting with your consultant, core team and dedicated coach to discuss continued support
