Nick joined Buildertrend in 2014 as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on onboarding clients and providing continued support. Nick later became the first customer success manager to work the second shift dedicated to serving our clients in Australia and New Zealand. Today, Nick is the customer success training coordinator. He trains new Buildertrend employees how to provide exemplary service while onboarding and supporting our customers. When he’s not working, he can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters outdoors or in the kitchen cooking and baking.
