Meet the speaker
Jordyn Swanson joined Buildertrend as a customer success manager in 2018, focusing on onboarding and training customers. She then became a customer success team lead and taught courses focused on selections at Buildertrend University. Today, Jordyn serves as a training coordinator, providing our Customer Success department consistent feedback and education to foster continued growth and improved team performance.
