Submission Requirements

Buildertrend will respond to requests for information when such requests are valid, legally binding, and issued by a court, government authority, or other entity with lawful authority. All legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and other compulsory legal process, must be directed in writing to the Legal department at legal@buildertrend.com or to our address at:

Invalid Submissions

Requests sent through other channels or that are incomplete, overly broad, or not legally valid may not be processed. Buildertrend reserves the right to object to, narrow, or decline any request as permitted by applicable law.
