Nearly 1 million messages sent to clients
To be exact, weโre talking 949,480 messages across all users in the last year. Digital tools to facilitate client communication have never been more important. With the Messages feature, you were able to centralize all correspondence in Buildertrend and keep homeowners looped in without the need for face-to-face meetings.
Clients are loving the ease and use of Buildertrend, too. In the past year, there were a total of 41,579,401 logins into the Customer Portal. Whoa. Thatโs nearly 42 million times that clients hopped onto their phone to check their status of a project, ask a question, make selections or even glance at their jobโs schedule. The Customer Portal has become an invaluable tool for both clients and contractor.
You communicated with your team a lot, too
Totaling all Buildertrend customers, there were 6,181,936 Daily Logs created this past year. Give yourself a pat on the back for helping achieve this milestone because there is no better way to communicate with your team. This feature empowers construction businesses to give regular progress updates. Even more important, these can be easily shared with every member of the crew, subs and clients. From the palm of your hand, youโre putting an end to communication silos.
But thatโs not all. Youโre taking it a step further by sharing pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. 52,572,397 images were uploaded to our construction management software in the last year. Thatโs up significantly from 32 million last year.
You know what they say โ a picture is worth a thousand words. Do the math, and itโs impossible not to be impressed with the amount your teams communicate across one platform.
$903,244,661 processed in Buildertrend
See that number? OK. Check it out again. Thatโs nearly 1 billion with a B. The ball just dropped in Times Square, but you didnโt drop the ball when it comes to tracking finances in Buildertrend. Youโre getting paid with the click of a button and paying subs faster than ever before, too.
Moreover, the average contract price for all 2020 jobs entered into Buildertrend was $123,227. Managing all those finances is no easy feat for homebuilders, remodelers and contractors. However, using our Budget, Estimate, Change Order and Purchase Order features you excelled and found success when it escaped so many other industries.
You even used our financial tools to take the work out of overseeing your workforce. This past year saw 7,941,904 Time Clock punches in Buildertrend. Thatโs nearly 8 million times teams didnโt have to hunt down employees for their hours. In this case, a congratulations is in order for contractors, their crew and all those endless hours saved.
926,081 jobs entered throughout 2020
Hereโs the big story. Just how many jobs did our construction job management software handle in 2020? Almost a million โ which is up from 660,000 last year. Even more impressive, the average job length for 2020 is 86 days compared to 131 in 2019.
These figures serve as proof โ youโre doing more than ever and getting it done in less time. Numbers like this really demonstrate how youโre successfully implementing software. Youโre growing your business with Buildertrend. Itโs that simple.
The amount of potential clients captured by our homebuilder app further illustrates that point. 1,930,859 new leads were entered into Buildertrend throughout 2020. From a single platform, youโre conquering current jobs as well as all the ones to come.
