BUILDERTREND’S ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES (the “SWEEPSTAKES”)
Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void where prohibited by law.
2. AGREEMENT BY ENTERING: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Buildertrend Solutions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), a Nebraska corporation, with a principal place of business at 11818 I Street, Omaha, NE 68137, and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants (defined herein) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as well as Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice. 3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents, who currently physically reside in, and who are the legal age of majority or older in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Entrants”). To be eligible to enter, Entrants must be a current customer of Sponsor and register for and attend Sponsor’s 20th Anniversary Party at the Canvas Event Venue. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies and any other individuals/entities engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of these Sweepstakes, and persons in the immediate family of such individuals (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, including foster and step-relations) regardless of where they reside, or those living in their same household (whether or not related) as any person in any of the preceding categories are not eligible to enter.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes commences on February 17, 2026 at 6:30 PM and runs through February 17, 2026 at 9:00 PM and shall coincide with the Anniversary Party (“Sweepstakes Period”). All time referenced herein is in Eastern Time. Sponsor’s server/computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter Sweepstakes, Entrants must: 1) be a current customer of Sponsor, 2) register for the Anniversary Party by submitting a form through Sponsor’s Cvent portal, and 3) attend the Anniversary Party during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per individual. This is a game of chance. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. By entering these Sweepstakes, Entrants accept and agree to these Terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
6. PRIZE: An annual subscription to the Buildertrend core product for one (1) year will be awarded (“Prize”). All valid entries will be included in the Sweepstakes. One (1) valid entry will be drawn and the entry will win one (1) Prize (“Winner”). Winner is not permitted to substitute the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will connect with the Winner following the Anniversary Party via email to set-up the Prize. Once distributed, Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, late, stolen, returned, undelivered, unclaimed, damaged or destroyed, and such will not be awarded or re-awarded.
7. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on February 17, 2026 by Sponsor to select the Winner from among all valid entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be notified by email and will be announced at the Anniversary Party and on Sponsor’s social media platforms. To accept the Prize, Winner must reply to the notification email confirming acceptance. Winner forfeits any right to the Prize if Sponsor does not receive a response to the notification message accepting the Prize within 72 hours of the email to Winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or the potential winner fails to redeem the prize for any reason, the potential winner forfeits all rights to the Prize and the Sponsor will retain the Prize and may award it during future Sweepstakes at its discretion. All valid entries will be included in the Sweepstakes.
8. TAXES. All taxes which may be payable as a result of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All US federal, state, and local laws apply.
9. USE OF ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal information including the Entrant’s name, email address, and telephone number may be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstakes. By participating, Entrant agrees that personal information will be treated as outlined in Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, successors, and assigns (“Affiliates”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an Entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to Entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination, Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the company name on the online entry form.
11. RELEASE. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and discharge, on behalf of Entrant, and their heirs, executors, and assigns, Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and their Affiliates from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, injuries (including death), losses, damages, and any other liability of any kind, of or to Entrant or any other person, Entrant’s property, or Entrant’s rights of privacy or publicity, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes including the conduct of the Sweepstakes, the awarding of the Prize, Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or damage of or to the Prize, and use of Entrant’s name, company name, and likeness even if due to the negligence, omission, or other fault of Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities.
12. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Omaha, Nebraska.
